The Minnesota Tourism Office wanted to develop microsites to showcase individual activities such as hiking, fishing or amusement parks.

The mini site needed to have a fresh approach but maintain the brand of the main website. The templates would use a CMS system for the client to update their own material. For the content, Experts would present trip ideas. The experts will provide travel tips and keep readers current with the latest things to do in Minnesota.
The design of the website would be modern and responsive. Each template would be unique by using repeatable background pngs. The client could switch out the background keeping the structure of the main template but allowing each activity to have a distinct look to the user.
