This video was produced to show the pain points of digital health experience and show incorporating Digital Front Door will provide a better patient experience.
Design Process
The sales person needed a method of telling the prospective client what the service provides. It would be easy to just sit and say words during the meeting, but telling a story and showing them is a more effective in closing the deal.
There was a previous version of the video that lacked the “something extra”. My task was to re edit, connect the story to visuals, and incorporating company branding to enhance the message.
With a low to no budget, I used some of the original stock videos with purchased still images. Adding a pan, zoom and graphic overlays helped bring life to the still images.
If there was a budget to shoot videos, the patient journey would have been one person. But, using what i had to work with, we showed that the pain points of the healthcare experience was not just one persons experience.
