The Project
Healthcare technology presents numerous job roles and numerous job opportunities for improving and transforming healthcare. This LinkedIn paid talent acquisition ad campaign showcases how SDLC Partners “checks the boxes” of the 5 key factors applicants consider important when deciding whether or not to take a job.
Design Process
The first step in the process was gathering information from the recruiting team. Talking to applicants, the recruiters put a list of top applicant 20 requests when taking a job. The list was narrowed down and put in order of importance.
Now for the design. Research into which type of LinkedIn ad (single image, video or carousel) gets the highest engagement found carousel posts have the highest engagement rates of all post types, with high rates for posts that include a mix of images.
Using the carousel to break the 5 items into individual panels would allow the best message format.
The concept of “checking the boxes” would be visually throughout the panels with the end panel with the call to action statement. The choice to use black/white images would tie the sequence together since the images would be coming from different sources. In addition, the black/white will stand out in the social feed amongst the color image.
